Empower your financial awareness with eAlerts

Stay in the driver's seat of your finances with our  eAlerts system. With personalized settings, you'll always be in the know about your accounts' activities. Take command of your financial journey by selecting the alerts that matter most to you within UbayGo. Navigate to the Service tab and explore the Enhanced eAlert options for a tailored experience.

Alert Type Description
Account Balance Alerts Set a minimum and maximum balance and be alerted if it’s reached.
Check Cleared Alerts Choose a specific check or range of check numbers and be alerted when they clear your account.
Withdrawal Transaction Alerts Set an amount for withdrawals and if any occur for that amount or more you’ll be alerted.
Deposit Transaction Alerts Set an amount for deposits, and if any occur for that amount or more, you will be alerted.
E-Mail Address Change Alert When enabled, if your e-mail address is changed on your account, you will be alerted.
Loan Payment Reminder Alert Send yourself a reminder a few days before your payment is due.
Savings Withdrawal Limit Alert Reg D limits the number of transactions that can be performed on certain accounts; this alert will let you know when you are getting close to your limit.
Name/Address Change Alert When enabled, if your home address is changed on your account, you will be alerted. Same goes for the name on the account.
Account Locked Get alerts if your online banking account becomes locked due to invalid login attempts.
Daily Checking Alert You’ll receive a daily notification of your account balance.

A low balance Alert reflects the current balance at the time of the alert.
Log into your Ubay@HOME account and click on the Services Tab at the top of the page. Select “Enhanced Alerts”. Click on the contact information you would like to change. Once you have updated the information, click on "Submit".

Be aware that these e-mail addresses do not have to correspond with the e-mail address on your account, and will not change if you change your primary e-mail address on the account.
Log into your Ubay@HOME account and click on the Services Tab at the top of the page. Select “Enhanced Alerts”. You will see a list of your current alerts. Choose which one you’d like to modify or remove and use the drop-down menu next to select which action you’d like to take. Make your change and then select Save for changes or Delete if you are removing the e-Alert.
Log into your Ubay@HOME account and click on the Services Tab at the top of the page. Select “Enhanced Alerts”. Enter your preferred contact method and select “Add Alert”. Use the drop-down menu to select the account for which you would like to set an alert. Select your alert and define the parameters, then save.
United Bay Community Credit Union provides Alerts free of charge. However, standard text messaging fees may apply. Consult your cell phone provider, if you have questions about your text message rate.
First, log into Online Banking to verify your Alerts settings and e-mail addresses. If you still are not receiving Alerts, check your email account's spam filter to make sure the message is not being blocked, or call your cell phone provider, whichever delivery method applies.
Most alerts will be sent when a specific parameter is met. For Daily Balance Alerts, you will be able to select at what hour during the day they are sent, from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. EST time. Usually Alerts arrive at the normal speed of an email or text message, nearly immediately - but depending your e-mail/cellular phone provider - alerts can be delayed.
For your security, Alerts will not contain your account number, include hyper-links or request you to answer personal questions.
