Get Ready for Your New Ubay Visa® Debit Card

Your new Ubay Visa® Debit Card is on its way and should arrive by mid-July. Once you receive it, please activate your card and choose your PIN by calling 866-762-0558. This step is required before you can begin using your new card.

For your security, you'll be asked to verify information before activation. Be sure your contact information is up to date so we can confirm your identity if needed.

After you've activated your new Visa Debit Card, securely destroy your current Mastercard® Debit Card. Your Mastercard will no longer work once your new card is activated. 

Automatic payments that you have set up on your current debit card may transfer to your new Visa Debit Card. Best practice is to update card information on autopayments. 

If you have not received your new Visa Debit Card by August 3, please contact us at (989) 892-4597, option 4.

Your new Ubay Visa® Debit Card features a fresh new design and is now part of the Visa® network. You'll also enjoy Tap to Pay for fast, secure contactless purchases, access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs through the CO-OP® Network, and enhanced fraud alerts by text (SMS: 48704) and/or email (CardMemberSecurity@co-op.org).  Tap to Pay is a quick, secure way to make purchases. Just hold your card near a contactless symbol at checkout. If tap to pay is not available, you may still swipe or insert your card.
