Current members can apply for a loan online. You may also contact a Loan Officer by stopping at one of our branches or calling, (989) 892-4597.

Non-members are encouraged to contact the CU by phone at (989) 892-4597 during regular business hours, or email at loans@ubccu.org and a UBCCU Loan Officer will get with you shortly. Remember, do not send any personal information, such as social security numbers, through email.
