Address changes can be done in person at any UBCCU branch, through the mail (please include a signature and a photo copy of a valid, state issued, photo ID for all members on the account), or online through ubay@HOME Home Banking.

To change your address online go to www.ubccu.org and log into ubay@HOME Home Banking, select “Services” from the main menu, and then select the “Change of Address” option. Update your information (fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required), and click on submit at the bottom of the form.
