Security Certificate Error (click to view)
If you are currently seeing an error about an invalid or expired security certificate when logging in to Ubay@Home, please be assured that your account is not at risk. This error occurs if your Internet browser does not recognize the GeoTrust company as a valid security certificate issuer.
To resolve this issue, be sure that your Internet browser is the most up-to-date version with all patches applied. Below are links for updating all browsers supported by Ubay@Home Internet Banking.
To update Internet Explorer, visit update.microsoft.com and be sure to get all updates that mention Internet Explorer or Root Security Certificates.
To update Mozilla Firefox, visit www.mozilla.com and install the latest version.
To update Google Chrome, visit www.google.com/chrome and install the latest version.

Multiple URL Notice
In order to provide our members with the most robust Home Banking experience possible, our Home Banking system consist of multiple systems across several platforms. Although all of the systems function together, this setup necessitates use of multiple Univeral Resource Locators (URLs) [more commonly known as web addresses]. At this time, not all web browsers are supported for use with Ubay@Home Internet Banking. Below is a listing for the browsers that are currently supported. Only those listed below and been tested and certified to work with the system. Although you may be able to access and use the system, but we can not confirm that any of the features will be secured and/or work correctly.
Currently the Ubay@Home Internet Banking system does not specifically have support for Smartphones. UBCCU has implemented our UBAY2GO Mobile solution to meet our members request for mobile banking. Please see the UBAY2GO Mobile Banking page for additional information.
