MemberPay Bill Pay - eBills

Now that you've discovered the convenience of using UBCCU's MemberPay Bill Pay, we are excited to announce that we are adding to this service.

On September 1st, 2011, we added eBills to MemberPay. The eBill service will provide you with the ability to receive bill summary information, such as amount and due date, from eligible payees, right inside of MemberPay.

What Will I See?

Once active, you will see a new section to the home page in the MemberPay system. This new section, called "eBill Sign Up" will appear similar to below, and showing you your eligible payees*:

If you add the payees in to eBills, you will then see your payment information for that payee, right inside of MemberPay. For most payees, this will include the amount due and the due date. If the payee is a credit card provider, you will see the statement balance, minimum payment due, payment due date, and the statement closing date. After setting up eBills, when you log in, you will see the eBill Summary (below) that will show you your bills due along with any eligible payees to sign up, and more.

Signing up a payee for eBills will not change the way you receive your bills and notifications from the payees. It just allows that information to be accesed by MemberPay.

The process for paying bills has not changed, eBills just saves you from looking up each payment!

*eBill service may not be avaible for all payees. In order to activate a payee for eBills, you must have an existing user name and password for the payee's web site.
