Questions & Answers– E-Banking

What is E-Branch?
E-Branch is a tool that allows you to use a personal computer with an Internet connection to conduct your banking online.
What can I do with E-Branch?
You can retrieve account histories and balance information; view and print copies of cleared checks; transfer funds within your account, make loan payments; transfer funds from one member number to another (authorization required); pay your bills; sign up for E-Statements; send yourself E-Alerts; export account information into money management software; and much more.
What is required to use the E-Branch service?
You'll need a secure browser that supports 128 bit encryption, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer® or Mozilla Firefox. Recommended browsers include Internet Explorer 7.0 and higher, Firefox 3.0 and higher or Chrome 11.0 and higher. You can use any computer that has Internet access.
Can I create my own password that is easy for me to remember?
Yes, after you sign up for E-Branch banking (UBAY@home), you'll be prompted to change your password. You can also go to the Settings Tab to change your password at any time.
What happens if I forget or lose my password?
Use the forgotten password link to reset your password. If you need further assistance, call us at (800) 968-7696 during normal business hours. We will take you through the steps needed to get back into the system.
How secure is E-Banking?

Ensuring you have secure access to your account over the Internet is our number one priority. This is achieved by protecting the privacy and the confidentiality of the communications between your browser and our servers through data encryption.

  • Using passwords and enhanced login features to verify only authorized persons are allowed to access account information.
  • Maintaining isolation of our computers from the Internet.
  • Utilizing a time-out feature which ends your E-Branch session after a specified period of inactivity.

Is there a fee to use E-Branch?
E-Branch is a FREE service, provided to our members for convenient account access. Fees may apply for optional features, such as placing stop payments.
How current is my banking information?
Your account information is updated in real time, so you'll always have access to the most current transactions that have been posted to your account.
What accounts will I be able to access through E-Branch?
You can access your checking, savings, certificates, change your password, view your Visa® Credit Card, and loan accounts. E-Branch is intended to give you as much access, security, and versatility as possible.
How can I transfer funds from one member number to another?
To sign up for member-to-member account transfers, complete the Cross Member Transfer Authorization Form (requires Adobe Acrobat Reader®) or call us at (800) 968-7696 to request a copy. For security reasons, you will need to complete the authorization form before you will be able to transfer funds between the desired member numbers.
How much account information can I view at once?
The system will automatically show the most current transactions and information. However, you can choose to see information based on the last 7 days, last 15 days, last 30 days or more. You'll have access to up to six months of account history. Check images are available for up to 90 days after the check has cleared your account.
Can I view my account details in more than one way?
Yes, you can view your accounts by date, check number, transaction type, transaction description, or amount in ascending or descending order.
In what formats can I download my transaction history?
E-Banking supports downloads to Quicken®, Microsoft Money®, or as a comma-delimited text file.
How can I submit a change to my address through E-Branch?
After logging into Ubay@HOME Home Banking, click on the Services Tab at the top of the page. Click on Continue next to the Address Change option. Fill in as much information as possible (any field highlighted with a red asterisk is required) and then click on Submit. On the next page, verify that all the information is correct and click on Confirm.If any information needs to be corrected, click on Edit. Once you confirm the correct information, you will receive a message letting you know the account information has been updated.
I already have my basic Member Share Account, but can I open additional savings account products, like a Certificate, Money Manager, or Share Savings Account?
Currently, this feature is not available in E-Banking. We invite you to visit any of our branch offices to add new accounts.
How long can I be inactive before being logged out of E-Branch?
The inactivity time out default is set for 10 minutes.
When can I use E-Branch?
With E-Branch, you have access to your account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system may be taken down from time to time for scheduled maintenance.
