Multiple URL Notice

In order to provide our members with the most robust Home Banking experience possible, our Home Banking system consist of multiple systems across several platforms. Although all of the systems function together, this setup necessitates use of multiple Univeral Resource Locators (URLs) [more commonly known as web addresses]. In addition to http://www.ubccu.org, the four web addresses below are used within UBCCUs environment.

  • https://ntmc.webcu.org
  • https://www.billpaysite.com
  • https://www.mystatement.org

Supported Browsers

At this time, not all web browsers are supported for use with Ubay@Home Internet Banking. Below is a listing for the browsers that are currently supported. Only those listed below and been tested and certified to work with the system. Although you may be able to access and use the system, but we can not confirm that any of the features will be secured and/or work correctly.

Smartphone Compatibility

Currently the Ubay@Home Home Banking system does not specifically have support for Smartphones. Dependant upon the phone and/or software of the phone, you may be able to access and use the system, but we can not confirm that any of the features will be secured and/or work correctly.
