E-PAL (Phone Access Line)

To take advantage of our quality financial services, you don't have to come to a physical UBCCU location. We can come to you. PAL, our phone access line, and Ubay@Home, our home banking service, are designed to let you handle your financial business when it's convenient for you!

Our free-24 hour phone access line, lets you check your account balances, transfer funds between accounts, and more, all right over the phone.

Access E-PAL by calling the credit union [989-892-4597 or (800) YOUR-OWN] and choose option 1 or (866) 487-7717.
