Community Involvement
United Bay Community Credit Union continues to be involved in Community functions throughout the Bay, Midland, Saginaw and Arenac counties.
The 2008 year began with the kickoff in February for Relay for Life, in which United Bay Community Credit Union has pledged a donation of $7,500.00. THe staff participates by paying to wear jeans on Friday along with the purchase of a Relay for Life Shirt. Other activities throughout the year include keychain, candy bar and car magnet sales to our members. Periodically, throughout the summer there will also be hotdog and chip sales.
Other community involvements include sponsorship for the Pinconning Cheese Festival, the Bay Arts Council, United Way Charity Golf Classic, Saginaw Valley Naval Ship Museum, Bay Regional Medical Center Community Bay Shower, Be Cool Car Show, Pinconning and Bay Counties Little League along with many other functions throughout this year.
