What is a Home Equity Line of Credit?

  • UBCCU's home equity line of credit is a 10 year line of credit.
  • Minimum loans amount is $5,000.
  • Maximum loan amount is $100,000.
  • The payment can be amortized over a 10 or 20 year period.
  • Ability to continue to borrow on available balance

 UBCCU's best rates for Home Equity Line of Credit are:

  • 80% LTV = Prime rate minus 1%. *
  • 90% LTV = Prime.*

What is a Fixed Rate Home Equity?

UBCCU's Fixed Rate Home Equity is a loan in which the rate remains the same.

  • 10 year balloon.
  • Minimum loan amount is $10,000.
  • Maximum loan amount is $100,000.

UBCCU's best rates for Fixed Home Equity are:

  • 80% LTV = Prime.*
  • 90% LTV = Prime + 1%.*
